Stephen and I went up to Yorkshire for an autumn holiday.
We only had one really wet day, so we were able to get out and about most days and enjoy the scenery. We saw Fountains Abbey; made a foray up into County Durham to the Beamish Museum; drove up Colsterdale and across Masham Moor and down Nidderdale; saw Janet's Foss waterfall at Malham; saw the three waterfalls at Aysgarth; visited Ripon Cathedral; and came home via the National Railway Museum in York.
