Caernarfon is located near the south east end of the Menai Strait. There is a very famous castle there, but our visit was at the wrong time of the day for it to be at its best, so I brought home pictures of the harbour, which is up a river. There is a swing bridge which opens to allow boats to pass through. (That wasn't very photogenic either!) |
